Rock Projects Ltd specialises in developing, managing and funding property based projects across the UK. Our primary objective is to generate long-term value in our growing portfolio.
We are part of the Willmott Dixon Group, which was founded in 1852 and is now one of the largest privately owned construction and property development companies in the UK with a turnover in excess of £800m p.a.
We operate through 2 subsidiary companies, each with its own specialism:
Rock Project Investments – focuses on projects for the provision of accommodation and facilities used to deliver core public services such as healthcare and education. It places and manages long term investment, typically for terms of over 20 years.
Rock Project Developments – is an investor in land and property, primarily for private development.
