Rock Project Investments
Rock Project Investments Ltd specialises in developing, managing and investing in projects for the provision of accommodation and facilities used for the delivery of essential public services. We primarily acquire investments through the PPP procurement process but will also consider non-PPP developments and the acquisition of existing assets.
The company was formed in 2007 following the Group's acquisition of Rock Consulting – a specialist business established in 1995 to provide management and consultancy services into the then emerging Private Finance Initiative (PFI) market. Prior to its acquisition Rock Consulting had already gained a significant track record for delivering PFI/PPP transactions across a range of sectors, including the management of successful bids for projects of £20m–£330m in capital value and successfully closing 14 projects with a combined capital value of £375m.
