Rock Project Developments Ltd operates through the strategic and selective acquisition of sites where we are confident that our skills can be brought to bear to enhance value. We own a limited portfolio that we have acquired primarily for private development.
We look for both short and long-term development opportunities and use the local knowledge, business relationships and experience from the wider Willmott Dixon Group to identify and deliver opportunities for increasing value.
